First aid kit is in the master bathroom under the sink.
Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen and basement laundry room.

Thermostat

The thermostat is located at the top of the stairs.
Please keep temperatures between 68 and 78 degrees.
Swipe the right touch bar up or down to adjust temperature, then tap to confirm.

Hot Tub

Please shower before entering. No glass, food, or drinks in the tub. Children must always be supervised.

Turn off jets after use.
Close and latch the cover when finished.
Please do not remove the floating sanitizer system.

Kitchen + Laundry

Coffee and tea are provided.
Dishwasher pods and soap are under the sink.
Salt, pepper, and basic cooking spices are provided.
Laundry detergent is provided for guest use.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Please watch your head going downstairs.
Please flush toilet paper only as the home is on septic.

We are in a wildfire prone area.

Trail Access + State Park Pass

Follow the signs, arrows, and white blazes to connect with the Lakeside Loop Trail.

A South Carolina State Park pass is hanging by the front door and may be used during your stay.

Please return the park pass and hiking packs before checkout to avoid replacement fees.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside or near the cottage.
No parties or events.
No firearms, fireworks, candles, or illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.
